We are now known as The Middle Wellness Center, where we still have the wonderful quality Massage Care you have become known to expect at Start., but now we also offer a community based wellness center with additional services like Infrared Saunas, Salt Booths, Body contouring, Yoga Classes, a Wellness Boutique, Personal Training classes, access to other health services such as Health Coaches, and a large community space where regular wellness related classes and events will take place.
The Middle is a long time dream come true! Come share the journey and passion of wellness and community with us!
